The Hellenic Music Publishers Association (Ελληνική Ένωση Εκδοτών Μουσικής Α.Μ.Κ.Ε.) processes only the personal data needed to respond to enquiries and assess membership applications.
Information we collect
The forms may collect identification and contact details, professional capacity, company information, and any information you choose to include in your message or application.
How we use it
The information is used to respond to your message, assess a membership application and contact you about it. It is not used for unrelated commercial purposes.
Retention and security
Completed or archived contact messages are retained for up to 12 months. Archived membership applications are retained for up to 24 months. Where an application results in active membership, necessary information may be retained for the duration of membership and for as long as required by the Association's legal obligations. New or active cases are not deleted automatically. Data is protected through appropriate organisational and technical measures.
Your rights
You may request information, access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and restriction of or objection to processing where applicable.
